MITseaAH II

Launched in 1993 by Derecktor Shipyard with architecture by Richard Liebowitz RA, and engineering by Sparkman & Stephens, MITseaAH is the culmination of the combined creative talents of an accomplished architect and two well-respected names in custom yacht building. But for all the proven expertise that went into her construction, she is still a novel yacht, thanks to the fresh perspective of Liebowitz. The result is the coalescence of fleet performance, a quiet, vibration-free ride, and a contemporary interior with a unique, subtle Art Deco flavor. A sophisticated design scheme provides an unusual degree of privacy for guests and crew alike. The crew quarters form a self-contained unit in the bow, while a smart series of passageways and full walk around decks allow the crew access to all areas of the yacht without intruding on guest activities.

MITseaAH's outdoor gathering places are just as intriguing and comfortable as her interior. From alfresco meals on the open aft deck, to barbecues on the flying bridge with unique adjustable Bimini, to island hopping in the yacht's custom tenders, MITseaAH provides myriad outdoor amenities and diversions. Flybridge dining area can be covered by a unique moveable Bimini top. A standard amenity of cruising aboard MITseaAH is savory gourmet fare at each meal. State-of-the-art navigational systems and electronics assure a swift, safe, quiet ride.
